COMMUNITY GROUPS
ABOUT OUR GROUPS
WE FIGHT FOR RELATIONSHIP
When Jesus was about to leave the earth he handed his movement over to 12 men that he had invested his life into over 3 years. When he said the words, “Go and make disciples.” he wasn't giving them an option of how to do it. The way Jesus made disciples was through the context of relationship.
So we are committed to fighting for relationship and taking the risk to be known for who we really are as we accomplish our mission together:
to lead anyone and everyone into a life-changing relationship with Jesus.
OUR PROMISE TO YOU
-
All of our groups are “open” which means people are always inviting friends to join. Chances are, you won’t be the only new person in the group.
-
In fact, every group we share expectations that help create a safe environment where you’ll feel comfortable to share what’s going on in your life free from judgement or “fixing.”
-
We believe that the primary way we accomplish the mission of Jesus is through building real, meaningful relationships. This means that if you join a group with The Hills you’ll have an opportunity to find lasting relationships with people who are
-
We’ll share stories from the Bible, but you won’t be expected to be an expert in Christianity or the Bible to participate in a group. In fact, groups are a great starting point if you’re interested in learning more about Jesus and what it looks like to follow him for the first time.
